Shipping / Return Shipping
All online purchases requiring shipment will ship within two business days when school is in session via Fed Ex Ground or USPS where applicable. We do not ship internationally. During school breaks, shipping times may be longer. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be provided via email when shipped. Where an inventory discrepancy or an in-store sale causes a shortage of an item, the buyer will be notified to determine the order status.
All online purchases requiring a return or exchange must request a Returns Authorization before returning an item. A returns label will be provided at no charge. If the return is deemed non-returnable upon receipt to the store due to damage or wear, the item will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense. If a replacement is necessary, it will be shipped at no charge to the buyer.
